Vehicles And Motorcycles Safety

Do motorcycles have the right of way?
When you're driving on the roadway, the right of way doesn't automatically go to the biggest car or the most expensive vehicle. All vehicles share the right of way equally, including motorcycles. Remember when you're driving around motorcycles, they're a lot more vulnerable because of the way they're designed.

How do I safely drive near a motorcycle?
When you are driving near motorcycles, give them plenty of space. Don't try and share a lane with a motorcycle. Also, keep your eye out for motorcycles because they are harder to see. Motorcycles also shift their position frequently. That's due to potholes in the road and other road conditions. Also keep in mind that motorcycles have shorter stopping distances and that can affect you too.
